Which share links are supported?
Public Claude links (claude.ai/share/…) and ChatGPT links (chatgpt.com/share/… or chat.openai.com/share/…). Private chats without a share URL cannot be exported.
How do I get a share link?
In Claude or ChatGPT, open the chat, click Share, create a public link, then paste that URL into SharePDF. See the how-to guide for step-by-step instructions.
Do you store my conversations?
No. We fetch the public share page long enough to build your PDF, then discard it. Nothing is written to a database.
Why might a link fail?
The share may have been revoked, expire, or be blocked by bot protection. SharePDF retries with a headless browser when the fast API path is blocked.
What about charts or artifacts in Claude?
Interactive blocks are not included in public share snapshots. SharePDF replaces those placeholders with a short [Chart omitted] note so the rest of the transcript stays readable.
